Moderator Protocols

Requirements
This is what you must have and already are during the stage of application to apply for this rank.
You must have gained or achieved one of the following ranks: Helper, Advanced, or any donator rank above VIP.
You must be at the age or over the age of fourteen, your best chances of being accepted would be above the age of sixteen however.
Your english vocabulary, grammar, spelling, literacy, and fluency must be absolute and clear to everyone; unambiguous so that everyone knows what you are trying to say, and intelligible to all those who view and read what you say.
You must be a member of four to five months, or have been consistently active daily for two months.
You must be recommended by a staff member, a vote eligible of being 'nominated' to be or apply for this position.
Your banishment should be less as compared to most of the other people in this server, and should be shorter than peers. The closer you have been to innocent of all punishments, the better.
You must have an intelligible amount of staff votes.
Your internet speed and frames per second must be fast enough and strong enough to play the server properly, and so that nothing lags - chat, block, or entity - and you are able to do everything in a timely fashion. Your internet connection and network should also be stable, outages should not take place often.
Your account and password should be safe and secure - it has never been shared, passwords are different on other servers or websites/forums, there are minimal chances of it being hacked. It would also be helpful if you were a premium user.
Your computer must be reliable and good enough so that it won't break down easily, and its version isn't too old so that minecraft will no longer support it in an upcoming update. Its hardware should not cause any lag or slowness, or affect your gameplay and activity.
Your reputation and impressions on the server must be positive and optimistic, you attitude towards or the server's ideas of you must be healthy.
Obligations & Regulations
There are certain rules you must abide and follow by to be Moderator. These are things you must be during the time you are this rank. Breaking any of these rules will result in a punishment, possibly in the form of banishment, or possibly demotion.
You should aid and assist new members to the server, and be able to instruct and inform returning ones on any updates or new additions. Welcoming absolute new people to the server isn't mandatory, but if they need help, you should be able to provide it.
You should never threaten, bully, harass, or make anyone feel shallow/you supreme - most of everything you do or say should be just and have a reason/purpose for it.
All your decisions must be fair and rational, benifitial or righteous in some way. You must be careful with the ideas you make and the actions you take, make sure they do not harm anyone so the word use doesn't have the prefix 'ab' before it.
You must be able to answer and respond to most of the questions asked to you, and be able to solve any queries in which are in a range of access to be knowledgeable, and attainable to meet.
You are not permitted to share items with anyone without item spawning commands or the permissions to unlimited items. However you can share items with those who have gamemode, and any staff members.
You must be able to clear any doubts or confusions of the our community and the server, so that everyone who was unsure beforehand now understands everything fine or no longer is in a state of uneasiness.
You must tell the truth and be honest at all times. Keep no secrets from those who deserve to know, unless the server restricts you from releasing you information, or the information known is absolutely needed to be kept personal. Display your trustworthiness whenever it is needed.
You must be active continuously, able to meet enough time amounted in one week, or daily 'errands.' You must be ready to help people when you are online and available, and be able to fulfill their needs to the possible extent - suiting their needs, attempting to complete tasks needed with them.
Swearing should be kept to a slight minimum; sexism/genderism, racism, and ethnicism strictly prohibited.
Griefing, stealing, and illegal container transactions should be found at times, and informed to staff. Abuse should be found, or completed upon a report, and properly handled/punishments distributed. Any form of server criminality or anything that is considered illegal should be dealt with.
You must be punctual, and do your job thoroughly and accurately. Mistakes are perfectly acceptable, especially as Trial-Moderator! I have made a couple mistakes, and surely to make more! However be as close to the right decision as possible.
Completing reports, appeals, and duties must be consistent and habitual.
You must have a strong sense of judgement and sensibility, immaturity cannot be present in this position.
Satisfying the wants of the server and its members is something critically important, you should be able to get to people who need help soon enough.
You should be active on the forums just as much as you are in-game, or more. Your activity is crucial on the server, and the server depends on you to be online at times even when you are not busy as anything can happen, and we need a moderator's security and protection.
Conditions
To be Moderator, you must also suit and be applicable to all the standard demands or necessities of being this rank. These are things you must be before applying for the rank. If you are or can not, you will not receive the position until you are able to do so.
You must be hones to anyone and everyone, always telling the truth no matter what the situation or incident. Your honesty and truthfulness will help us lead to ideas of whatever event that happened, and we will be able to deduce from anything you know of an event to put the pieces together and find whoever abused.
You must be undeviating in honesty, integrity, and morality; and demonstrate obedience during the times we as a server need you. You must know what is logical or not, what is right or wrong.
You must be loyal to the server. You must be supportive and encouraging of the server and it's community, along with concerned of/with it's problems. You may not leave without an excuse, and you must be as active as possible. We expect that you will not switch positions immediately, and that you won't suddenly take an offer from another server. Sometimes, sacrifices need to be made for the server, including the fact that you must be attached to the server.. figuratively.
You must be very trusted, by both members and staff. In fact, people from every rank should be able to trust you, not just one specific class voting for you and supporting you. People must be able to trust you with anything they tell you, knowing that you wouldn't leak it to others. They know and feel secure with the fact that you are this rank. People must be able to trust you with more commands, and think you deserve them.
You should be able to alleviate any fights, tensions, or hatred going on that will have effect on the quality of the server and its community, or will cause the server to be in a controversy and ruckus. For example, any brawls between factions and/or parties should be possible to ease and any server-wide fights should be 'attenuate.'
You must be reliable and credible. If someone needs you to do something in a certain amount of time, or needs you to aid him/her with something at that moment, you should try your best to fulfill the needs of that person. You must be responsible, and take blame or action on/of anything that has happened. You do not try to back out of situations or blame others, rather, you try to do something about them.
You must follow the same rules that apply to everyone - and the extra ones that apply to you. You are now a role model; and an official, a delegate, an envoy, a deputy. Everything you do marks something in the server and you must be careful not to cause harm.
You must also treat everyone the same as you would if you were a member and just as normal as you are, and be fair. Equality is something to keep in mind - in the real world, both of you are people playing minecraft. Remember to respect them if they ask a logically fair question that would not be known to all.
You must be mature. You do not rage or curse too much, nor start, cause, or get in fights. Disrespectful statements towards anyone should be avoided, as any rudeness is not tolerated.
You have to be a fair judge in all subjects, and you cannot be or act like a complete fool. You should be bale to make sensible decisions, and think before you act instead of do something and worry later.
Friendliness never hurts! Your behavior and posture must be worthy of being a respected and honored member of the server. Welcoming the new are ways that spark interest in the community and make the server kinder.
Commands
These are the commands given to you as Trial-Moderator that are different from what is given as default to average members. Make sure you understand how to use them.
Please note that these are the commands that are not under a series of genres, such as protection or punishment. These are individual commands, and such series of commands will be described in another topic.
/tp [Teleport]: The command that allows you to teleport to others without consent! However, they have the permissions to block you, and ability to disallow you from you force teleporting again!
/fly [Flying]: Soar through the vast lands of minebuilders and minezoid, and explore the glorious seas!
/i [Item Spawning]: The command that allows you to spawn almost any item in, with an unlimited amount to spawn in. The stacking count is still the same though! This is an easier form of unlimited, and often gamemode, when you are not trying to live hardcore or survival.
/ul [unlimited]: Spawns in a starter amount of two quantities of the item desired to spawn, when you place one it does not remove that quantity from the stack. When you mine that block, the quantity becomes larger. It is an infinite item spawn.
/heal [Healing/Curing]: Ability to replenish your food and health bar, and appease your hunger/treat your health!
/gm [Gamemode]: Unlike other servers, you do not enter anything else after the command. Simply type this command, and you are invincible from every living and/or harming entity in the server. You are also able to fly and break a single block with one click.
/time [Time Setting]: The command that allows you to make it a specific time of day in minecraft! Most often used for day or night.
/tppos [Position Teleportation]: Input coordinates of a specific area on the minecraft map, and the server/command will teleport you to that area.
/seen [Minimized Member Inspection]: Display a brief summary of a member on the server.
/whois [Online Member Data]: Provides a file of any important member information, a record of the person. The person must be online.
/ci [Inventory Clearance]: Removes everything in your inventory, with an exception of your armor and hat.
/invsee [Inventory Inspection]: The command that allows yourself to see the complete inventory of a person, besides their armor. You are permitted to confiscate items from the person when needed.
/socialspy [Message Visibility]: You now view every message, whisper, tell, say, and reply of any person to another. Use this to catch spammers, advertisers, and hackers.
/clearlag [Entity Removal]: Remove all entities, fallen or dropped items, or any other particles such as enchantment orbs, from the server. It helps get rid of lag.
